You don't have a willpower problem. You have a nervous system problem.

Most moms come to me thinking something is wrong with them. They tell me they should be able to handle this. That other moms seem fine. That they just need to try harder.

I'm going to say this as gently and as firmly as I can: you're not lazy. You're not failing. You're depleted from carrying a load your nervous system was never designed to carry without breaks.

"I'm functional, but depleted. I'm a functional robot. I love my kids so much, but I don't feel like myself anymore."

And right now, with the new school year coming, that depletion is about to get heavier — unless you do something different first.

That's what this reset is for.

Three phases. Twenty-one days. Real, doable shifts.

No fluff. No generic "self-care" tips. No "just take a bath" advice. Just the actual work that moves the needle, delivered in a format that fits real motherhood.

01

Reduce Overwhelm

Week one is about getting your nervous system out of the red zone. You'll learn the difference between urgent and emotionally loud — and what to do about it.

02

Reconnect With Self

Week two is about finding the version of you that exists underneath the depletion. Not "self-care." Not a bath. The actual you.

03

Rebalance Home

Week three is about the small, sustainable shifts at home that protect everything you built in weeks one and two — so it actually sticks once school starts.

Real moms. Real shifts.

Days to feel like yourself

"Before Find Your Steady I was exhausted and depleted from the constant energy I was putting out on small tasks just to keep the house running. I felt alone — like I was shouldering most (all) of the mental load for my family. By the end of the day I was often snapping and then spiraling into guilt.

Over the last 21 days something shifted. Most days I'm still tired, but I now find myself slowing down and checking in with myself before starting a task. The mindset work was huge for me and I also loved the small ideas that made daily life feel more manageable.

I loved the daily format — it gave me dedicated time to devote to myself. The worksheets were perfectly aligned and built off of each other so nicely.

If you're on the fence: do it. Each day is transferrable to your own life and it's such a great jumpstart for moms who want to find their purpose again."

"Before Find Your Steady I was drained, exhausted, and just trying to survive the day.

Over the last 21 days I was finally able to start prioritizing my own needs. I made a goal of having more movement in my week and with not only a mindset shift but actual tools to set and maintain that goal — it has been the biggest change.

My favorite part was having something tangible to work on and adjust my daily habits that weren't working for me. The values work especially hit home — it made me reflect on how to actually incorporate what matters into my daily life.

If you're on the fence — take the chance! Having someone in your corner, a group of people to reflect with, and tools and a system to tweak the day to day so you can start feeling like yourself again has been amazing!!"

A gift,

You'll get something extra that the public never sees.

When you join the interest list, you're not just getting early access — you're also getting a special bonus reserved exclusively for moms on this list. I'll share the details when doors open in August.

Your questions, answered.

If something isn't here, hit reply to any of my emails — I read every one.

No. Find Your Steady is a coaching program, not therapy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), so the work is grounded in clinical training — but this is education and coaching, not individual mental health treatment. If you're looking for therapy, that's a different relationship and I'm happy to point you toward resources.

It's a guided group experience. You'll get daily voice notes from me, worksheets, and a private WhatsApp community of other moms going through the reset alongside you. There's also one live group coaching call where you can bring your questions.

It's the warmth of community + the clinical grounding of working with a licensed professional, in a format that actually fits into busy mom life.

The daily voice notes are 5–10 minutes. You can listen while folding laundry, driving carpool, or making dinner. Worksheets (on the days they're included) take another 10–15 minutes when you have a moment to sit down.

This was designed to fit into real motherhood, not add to your to-do list.

You won't fall behind — because the content stays with you. All the voice notes and worksheets are uploaded to a Google Drive library you'll have access to permanently. If you miss a day, you pick it up when you can.

This isn't a program that shames you for being a mom. It's one that meets you where you are.

Hi friend. First — I'm so glad you're here. The reset is designed for moms in the thick of it (functional but depleted, running on empty, snapping at small things), so it can absolutely meet you in a hard season.

That said, if you're experiencing severe depression, intense anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or anything that feels like a mental health crisis, this program isn't a substitute for individual care. Please reach out to a therapist or your doctor — and feel free to email me too. I can help you find the right next step.

I'll share the full investment when doors open in August. Interest list members get first access — and the special bonus reserved just for this list. If pricing is a concern, please reach out. I want this work to be accessible.

WhatsApp, yes — it's how the daily voice notes are delivered and where our community lives. It's free, takes about 2 minutes to set up, and is honestly the warmest, lowest-pressure platform for this kind of work.

Instagram is optional. I'd love to have you there, but it's not required to participate.
